1/ Do you ship to XY country?

Yes, we ship to all countries except for mainland China and Indonesia, where shipping is unfortunately not available for logistics reasons.

Please note we also can't ship to military addresses (APO / FPO).

2/ How long does it take to ship?

To increase shipping times we ship out every parcel separately once it is available. Items may be delivered in separate packages to speed up delivery times FREE of charge! So it is totally normal if you received one item but not the other. Do not worry, the other items will arrive soon.

Average Delivery Time: 10-25 Business days

- All orders are processed within 2~7 business days:

  • Standard Handling: 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS
  • Priority Handling (Jump the Queue): 1-3 DAYS

- We pack and ship immediately and have your shipment on the way as quickly as possible, usually between 2~20 business days depending on the supplier, your location and customs controls:

  • USA & CANADA*: 2-10 BUSINESS DAYS
  • EU*, UK*, AU*, NZ*: 4-13 BUSINESS DAYS
  • REST OF THE WORLD*: 7-20 BUSINESS DAYS

US domestic deliveries usually take 7~20 business days and international deliveries usually take 2~5 weeks, depending on the supplier, your location and customs controls.

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all, we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, SkullPub.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

If you have ordered more than one item, it is very likely that you’re going receive them separately. Each item has its own tracking code.

3/ Can I make changes to my shipping address after I place my order?

Changes can only be made before the processing starts, after your order has been processed, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes.

4/ When will I receive tracking information?

Within a week of your order being fulfilled (shipped), you will receive a notification email containing your tracking number.

If you do not receive such an email within 7 business days, please contact us!

5/ How do I track my order?

Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way (please contact us if you need help). 

6/ My shipment is still in transit after the suggested delivery time, what do I do?

7/ Is there free shipping to XY country?

Shipping itself is free but local duties and customs clearings may affect the final price. It is the customer’s responsibility to learn about these extra fees.
